Da Nang Apartments may review, edit, hide, reject, unpublish, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, duplicated, expired, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to users or the platform.

We do not guarantee that any listing will remain available, visible, or approved for publication at all times.

When you contact a listing, your inquiry may be forwarded to the relevant landlord, manager, or representative.

Da Nang Apartments does not guarantee response times, acceptance of an inquiry, or the outcome of any rental negotiation.

Any deposit, payment, lease, or move-in decision should be made only after you independently verify the property, the landlord, and the final rental terms.

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.

Spam, harassment, fraudulent inquiries, deceptive listing submissions, illegal content, and misuse of contact information are prohibited.

You must not upload malicious files, infringing material, or content that violates the rights of others.

The platform is provided for rental discovery, listing management, and communication purposes only.

We do not guarantee that listings, map positions, pricing, photos, availability data, or third-party statements are complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Da Nang Apartments is not a party to the final rental contract between renter and property owner or manager.

We may update these terms, modify platform features, or suspend parts of the service to reflect operational, legal, or product changes.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
